In the itinerary, we cover all the basics. We tell you how much currency to exchange in advance, provide 24/7 emergency contacts to our in-destination partners, give helpful travel tips, and provide safety measures if you plan to travel via train. Of course, we always provide a suggested tipping guide too. Even the tiniest details are included, such as emergency numbers, US embassies, and how to navigate public transportation. We prepare our clients for success before they depart!

Flight Arrangements 

Selecting the correct flight that fits your budget but also serves you best can be tricky, so our Air Desk can handle everything for you. They select the ideal itinerary with enough time to not miss any connected flights, and select red-eye flights if you travel internationally so that you can arrive well rested. They also provide 24/7 support while you travel.

Your digital itinerary app includes details about your flight, along with active flight tracking and all of your transportation details.

Once you land at the airport, we typically arrange a VIP assistant who will help expedite the customs process.
