If you’re interested in working together, you’ll first complete our Trip Inquiry Form.
We’ll then book a complimentary 45 minute Discovery Call to meet and get to know one another.
We will earn more about your vision for your trip, as well as your travel preferences, and answer any questions you may have about the process or our services.
LET'S MAKE IT OFFICIAL
If we’re a great fit to work together for your travel planning needs, you’ll submit payment for our trip planning fee, which covers our extensive time spent in the trip planning process.
Once issued, we will work with our incredible worldwide partners to develop and design an itinerary perfectly tailored to your own travel needs & desires, all while you sit back and relax!
Receive Your Itinerary
A few weeks later, you’ll receive your custom itinerary that checks all of the boxes on your travel wishlist. After reviewing it, we’ll go over any feedback you may have and make adjustments as needed.
Once it's finalized, we’ll secure your deposit and remain connected throughout the time leading up to your departure — providing packing lists, travel tips, and a handy app that allows you to access your itinerary + travel documents seamlessly.

We only offer full-service travel planning where we handle each trip component in order to ensure accuracy, quality, and a well balanced travel experience. We don't provide partial trip planning, but we do offer hotel-only bookings + curated hotel lookbooks.

We're unable to book hotels with points. If we don't book a room ourselves, we cannot step in to assist should something go sideways with your reservation. We do allow clients to book airfare with points on their own though.

Our tailor-made itineraries are built from countless different components that are integrated to create a seamless trip. Our in-destination partners have privately negotiated rates with the world's best travel suppliers & tour operators — and we capitalize on these rates for our clientele. All travel components are provided in a lump sum. We'll discuss your desired financial investment in order to design the perfect itinerary, while respecting your budget.
airbnb + vrbo home rentals
We don't roll the dice when it comes to villa rentals, and these websites have no gold standards to meet in order to be listed online. We work with vetted villas and home rentals, where we have a direct relationship with the property manager and/or owner. This ensures that we can proudly stand behind their quality and service.
budget vacations
Unfolded Travels offers high-touch service and is a luxury travel advisory. We always respect our client's desired budgets, but our intention is to provide clients with the highest value and ROI for their trip investment and for their memories. Our goal is not to find "deals" for travelers.
