We’ll then book a complimentary 45 minute Discovery Call to meet and get to know one another.
We will earn more about your vision for your trip, as well as your travel preferences, and answer any questions you may have about the process or our services.

LET'S MAKE IT OFFICIAL
If we’re a great fit to work together for your travel planning needs, you’ll submit payment for our trip planning fee, which covers our extensive time spent in the trip planning process.
Once issued, we will work with our incredible worldwide partners to develop and design an itinerary perfectly tailored to your own travel needs & desires, all while you sit back and relax!

Receive Your Itinerary
A few weeks later, you’ll receive your custom itinerary that checks all of the boxes on your travel wishlist. After reviewing it, we’ll go over any feedback you may have and make adjustments as needed.
Once it's finalized, we’ll secure your deposit and remain connected throughout the time leading up to your departure — providing packing lists, travel tips, and a handy app that allows you to access your itinerary + travel documents seamlessly.
Timely feedback is necessary since pricing and availability are subject to change until booked.

We offer full-service travel planning where we handle each trip component in order to ensure accuracy, quality, and a well balanced travel experience. We don't provide partial trip planning, but we do offer hotel-only bookings.
ARE WE A GOOD FIT?

credit card points
We're unable to work with clients who with to book hotels with points. If we don't book the room ourselves, we cannot step in to assist should something go sideways with your room reservation. We do allow clients to book airfare with points, but our Air Desk is unable to assist with the booking of your flights if you opt to use points.

Our tailor-made itineraries are built from countless different components that are integrated to create a seamless trip. Our in-destination partners have privately negotiated rates with the world's best travel suppliers & tour operators — and we capitalize on these rates for our clientele. We typically can provide hotel rates, but all other travel components are provided in a lump sum. We'll discuss your desired financial investment in order to design the perfect itinerary, all while respecting your budget.
airbnb + vrbo home rentals
We don't roll the dice when it comes to villa rental accommodations, and these websites have no gold standards to meet in order to be listed online. We work with highly vetted 4-5* hotels, resorts, villas, and home rentals where we have a direct relationship with the property manager and/or owner. This ensures that we can proudly stand behind their quality and service.
budget airline BOOKINGS
Brownell's Air Desk is unable to book local budget airlines, such as EasyJet or RyanAir. While you're welcome to book these flights yourself, we don't typically recommend them due to their lack of customer service coupled with the additional costs for carry-ons, checked bags, and seat selections.
intinerAry consultations
Our business is in planning and booking elevated travel experiences, so our small team doesn't have the bandwidth + capacity for itinerary consultations. We do offer hotel consultations if you know which destination you'd like to visit, but you aren't sure of the best hotel options. We will provide 2-3 options based on your personal travel preferences and book your stay with VIP perks!
budget vacations
Unfolded Travels offers high-touch service and is a luxury travel advisory. We always respect our client's desired budgets, but our intention is to provide clients with the highest value and ROI for their trip investment and for their memories. Our main goal is not to find "deals" for travelers.

My luxury event rental & design business was thriving and I was proudly working with incredible clients - Facebook, Nike, and Google, just to name a few - but I struggled to carve out time to recharge and fuel my travel-loving spirit. When I did decide to take a trip, I wasn’t able to enjoy the getaway I so desperately needed because planning the itinerary was a second full-time job in and of itself.
